Our artisanal yarn acts as a natural diffuser. To activate the sensory experience, gently apply 2 to 3 drops of your curated fragrance oil directly onto the center of the largest blooms. The porous yarn fibers will absorb the essence and slowly release the aroma over time.

Yes. However, because our premium yarn holds onto the base notes of previous fragrances, your bouquet will naturally develop a unique "ghost scent" over time—a soft, layered background aroma that becomes a personal signature of your home. If you wish to switch scents completely, we recommend letting the previous fragrance fade naturally for a few weeks before applying a new one.

Because our flowers are handcrafted, we recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 business days before your desired delivery date. For peak gifting seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), we advise booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance.

Unlike real flowers, our hand-stitched blooms require almost no maintenance:

• Dusting: A light brush with a hairdryer on a cool, low setting or a soft lint roller once a month is all it takes to keep them looking fresh.
• Avoid direct sunlight: To prevent the delicate colors of the yarn from fading over the years, keep your bouquet out of continuous, harsh sunlight.
